Frequently Asked Questions
Passport Information
Your passport must be valid for at least three months past the intended travel date - so make sure your passport is valid through October 2026.
When should we arrive and depart?
The venue is rented out from 4 PM on July 9th through 4 PM on July 12th. However, guest rooms must be vacated by 11 AM on Sunday, the 12th. If, for whatever reason, you are arriving earlier in the day on July 9th, let Greylyn or Ryan know, and we can accommodate something for you!
Will guests be paying for accommodations?
We have decided to cover the costs of 3 nights for our guests. We know flying across the world is a lot to ask, and we want to make it more attainable for everyone.
What if I am unable to attend all 3 days?
We understand that 3 days is a long time, especially with everyone’s PTO and busy schedules. If, for whatever reason, you cannot arrive until Friday, please let Greylyn or Ryan know as soon as possible. We just ask that you please arrive with plenty of time for the rehearsal dinner on Friday evening.
Where will I be staying?
The Château has 7 rooms and suites in the main building, as well as three dependencies and one bastide. We also have a couple of rooms at a nearby hotel, if necessary. We have selected where everyone is staying, grouping those who know each other together to the best of our ability. We will let everyone know the accommodation details before arrival so you know what to expect.
Do I have to stay on-site the entire time?
No! We encourage everyone to make the most of their time in Provence. The only required events are the rehearsal dinner and the wedding ceremony/reception. Please refer to the schedule for a detailed breakdown of the weekend.
Who can I bring to the wedding?
We kindly ask that only those who are explicitly addressed on your invite attend the wedding. The venue has a very strict capacity that we must abide by.
